Compliance
Last updated: 16 September 2026
We are a small recruitment advertising and introduction desk in Bukit Batok, Singapore. Businesses tell us about home-based openings, we publish them, and we forward suitable applications. Hiring, supervision and pay stay with the business.
Our revenue comes only from the employers who advertise with us. Applicants are not billed, no deposit is requested, and training costs them nothing.
We speak with each employer before listing a role and make sure the description reflects what they told us. That is where our checks end. We do not audit businesses, visit their premises, examine their accounts or oversee the work after someone is hired.
ClearCareerPath cannot guarantee you a job, a particular income, a set number of hours or a payment timeline. Agree those directly with the employer, in writing, before any work begins.
Roles are listed only after direct contact with the employer. We never repost openings from elsewhere or create listings just to gather contact details.
Genuine contact from us will never involve a request for money, an OTP, Singpass credentials, a banking password or any transfer. Treat any message asking for those as fraudulent, whatever name it uses.
Applications are read by our HR team and passed only to the employer for the role you chose. They are not sold or used for promotions. Our Privacy Policy names every provider involved.
Our ads and this site should say the same thing. When they do not, let us know and the inaccurate one is corrected.
Write to careers@clearcareerpath.com describing the issue, with a screenshot if possible. The same address handles problems with listings, ads or anyone impersonating ClearCareerPath. Reports are answered in writing and kept confidential.
Each report is investigated. A listing found to be misleading is taken offline, and advertising for it is paused until the employer has been contacted. You will be told the outcome, and if the employer cannot explain the problem, the business is not listed with us again.
Any business advertising through ClearCareerPath commits to an accurate description of the role, prompt notice when it is filled, written terms for the applicant before work begins and paying its own workers directly. Businesses that misrepresent a role or seek money from applicants are dropped.
For each listing we log when it was published, edited and withdrawn, together with any complaint about it and the action taken. This history means we can answer questions about an old advertisement and notice if a problem repeats.
A member of our team reads each email personally. If the matter cannot wait, such as a message asking you for money in our name, write Urgent in the subject and it moves to the front of the queue.
We revisit this statement whenever our process changes; the date at the top marks the current version.
