Using clearcareerpath.com, or applying for a role through it, means you accept these terms. The site is operated by ClearCareerPath in Bukit Batok, Singapore, reachable at careers@clearcareerpath.com. Please stop using the site if you do not accept them.
"ClearCareerPath", "we" and "our" refer to the operator. "You" is the person using the site. The "site" is clearcareerpath.com. An "employer" is a business whose role we advertise, and a "listing" is that role's description.
ClearCareerPath publishes home-based job openings and connects applicants with the businesses behind them. Hiring is done by the employer, not by us. Contracts, day-to-day supervision, arrangements and pay are all the employer's decisions.
An application creates no employment or contracting relationship with ClearCareerPath, and it is not a promise that anyone will offer you work.
You should be an adult based in Singapore who is looking for work, and you must satisfy whatever eligibility or right-to-work conditions a particular role has.
Read a listing in full before applying. Openings close and conditions change; when we learn of a significant change or a closure, the listing is edited or taken down. Spotted an error or a contradiction? Tell us at careers@clearcareerpath.com and mention which role.
Step one is the form. Step two is a WhatsApp message to our HR team, which you must actually send, since opening the app is not enough. Without WhatsApp, email us for another route. The employer may then ask questions or arrange a call before deciding.
The details you give must be true and your own. Applying for another person is allowed only when that person has asked for your help and agrees.
ClearCareerPath takes no money from applicants at any point. Our income comes from employers who use our advertising and introductions. Nobody acting for us will tell you to buy crypto, fund an account, pay to receive work or transfer money so wages can be released. Report any such demand linked to our name or listings by email.
The employer sets pay. Make sure you have, in writing and before you start, the employer's registered name, what the work involves, the type of engagement, the rate or pay formula, the expected hours or volume of work, and the payment dates. ClearCareerPath guarantees no income, no minimum workload and no start date.
Our own words and ads are our responsibility. Information an employer supplies, and the employer's duties toward its staff, are the employer's. Any meaningful gap between our ads and this site will be corrected.
How we handle applications is set out in our Privacy Policy. Employers and WhatsApp apply their own policies to the data they keep.
You must not impersonate anyone, file applications you know to be false, use someone's details without consent, introduce malicious code, harvest content automatically or disrupt the site in any way.
Viewing pages, and keeping a saved or printed copy for your personal job search, is fine. Republishing the content elsewhere, selling it, modifying it or attempting to reverse-engineer the site is not. Breaching these terms cancels this permission.
ClearCareerPath owns, or has permission to use, the site's wording, design and layout. The photos are licensed stock and are not pictures of actual applicants or employers.
Some buttons hand you over to WhatsApp or your email app. Those services are outside our control and we accept no responsibility for them.
We aim for the site to be reachable, yet cannot promise it will never be down, never contain errors, or that a role stays open while you apply. Maintenance may take it offline without warning.
Except where the law forbids such exclusions, the site is offered as is, with no promise of fitness for any purpose, continuous operation or accuracy.
Pages may occasionally contain typos or technical or factual errors, which we can fix whenever we notice them. An error does not give rise to any duty we would not otherwise have.
As far as the law permits, ClearCareerPath is not liable for indirect or consequential losses linked to the site. Liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud, is not affected.
You are responsible for losses you cause to us or others by breaching these terms, for instance by applying with someone else's information without their consent.
Delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages at our hosting or messaging providers, are not our responsibility.
Should any clause prove unenforceable, the remaining clauses still stand. Choosing not to enforce a clause at one time does not stop us enforcing it later.
Together with the Privacy Policy, these terms are the complete agreement covering your use of the site. We may assign our rights to a successor operator.
Singapore law governs these terms and Singapore's courts decide any dispute, without reducing any legal protection you are entitled to.
We send notices about your application to the email address or WhatsApp number you gave us. Notices to us should go to careers@clearcareerpath.com. A notice counts as received once it has been sent to the right address.
You do not need to create an account or choose a password to apply, and we will never ask you to. Anyone who offers you a login to a ClearCareerPath portal is not acting for us.
